Try Blackberry Wine Jelly in Cream Cheese Tarts
Wine jelly is made from wine cooked and stirred with pure cane sugar and pectin. Although frequently made from dry wines, the sugar assures that there are no “dry” wine jellies.
We have chosen only those wine varieties that retain their characteristic taste in the finished jelly. Wine jelly can be enjoyed on toast, croissants, crepes, fruit, ice cream, or cheese cake. Mix with cream cheese for a spread or filling. Use as a garnish or sauce with any meat. This all natural product has no preservatives and should be refrigerated upon opening and used by the “best by” date on the label.
