Fast and Spicy, Warm or Cold Pasta
1 lb. pasta (1-1/4 lb. if fresh)
1 tbls. salt 6 quarts water
4 tbls. olive oil
2 tsps. MME Herb Blend of choice (or to taste)
Cook pasta to al dente in six quarts of water seasoned with one tbls. salt. Drain and toss to rid it of all water, but do not rinse. Coat pasta with olive oil, then shake the MME herb blend of your choice over pasta and toss to distribute (Try adding 1/4 cup olives and/or feta cheese for Savory Greek, etc.). For a cool, serve-any-time saled, chill.
