WINE JELLY SPREAD OR DIP
1 8 0z cream cheese, softened
3 heaping tablespoons of your favorite Misty Mountain Estate Wine Jelly
Combine in a small mixer bowl and beat until well blended. At this point you have a lovely dip for crackers, strawberries or apple slices, or spread on a muffin.
But now you may also spatula onto wax paper, shape into a ball or log, wrap up and chill in the refrigerator one to two hours. Remove a half hour before serving to un- chill the surface and roll in chopped roasted salted pecans or walnuts.
Serve with crackers or bagels.
